201204985 <br />3. Effect on Other Se�uritv. All re.al estate mortgages, deeds of mis� assignments and <br />security agreements heretofare or concurrently herewith to be granted shall remain in full <br />force and effect to the extent not inconsistent with �his Deed of Trust Modification <br />Agreement and shall continue as security for Borrowers r�ai�g indebtedness <br />previously existing until such sum sha1l be paid, as well as any firture indebtedness owing <br />fram Borrower to the Lender for future advances and renewats in respect to all sums <br />owing fr�m Borrower ta Lender. <br />4. Additional Dacumentation. Borrower further covenan�.s to and with Lender that Borrower <br />sha11, and will, at any time, now or later, upon request, make, do, execute and deliver a11 <br />such finther and other aets, deeds and things as sha11 be reasonably required to effectuate <br />the intention of this Deed of Trust Modification Agreement and to insure and confirm to <br />the Lender all and singular the prop�rly, securiti�s arnd rights described, and intended tu be <br />conveyed, as security so as to render the same, and all portions, whether now owned or <br />later acquired, subjer,t to these terms, provisions and conditions according to the true <br />intent and.purposes expressed. <br />5. Waiver.
