All re.al estate mortgages, deeds of mis� assignments and security agreements heretofare or concurrently herewith to be granted shall remain in full force and effect to the extent not inconsistent with �his Deed of Trust Modification Agreement and shall continue as security for Borrowers r�ai�g indebtedness previously existing until such sum sha1l be paid, as well as any firture indebtedness owing fram Borrower to the Lender for future advances and renewats in respect to all sums owing fr�m Borrower ta Lender. 4. Additional Dacumentation. Borrower further covenan�.s to and with Lender that Borrower sha11, and will, at any time, now or later, upon request, make, do, execute and deliver a11 such finther and other aets, deeds and things as sha11 be reasonably required to effectuate the intention of this Deed of Trust Modification Agreement and to insure and confirm to the Lender all and singular the prop�rly, securiti�s arnd rights described, and intended tu be conveyed, as security so as to render the same, and all portions, whether now owned or later acquired, subjer,t to these terms, provisions and conditions according to the true intent and.purposes expressed. 5. Waiver.
