HiJSBAND <br />AND WIFE hereinafter referred to as "Borrower", and HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "lender", OCTOBER 29. 2008, filed <br />of record on NOVEMBER 4. 2008 in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF <br />HALL COLTNTY, NEF3RASKA in DOCUMENT #0200809242, the following described property: <br />LOT 4NE (1� FRTTZ SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />AND <br />1998 CHIEF INDUSTRIES 3Q'X 80' BONNAVII,LA MFGD H�ME <br />VIN #NEB89A27224 <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust does not contain a provision regarding a right to future advances to be <br />secured by such Deed of Trust; <br />WHEREAS, Barrower has requested tha�t Lender make an additionat advance to be seciued by <br />such existing Deed. of Trust; <br />WI�REAS, Lender is willing to make an additional adv�ce to be secured by such De,ed of Tnist <br />provided there sha11 have been no filings of record subsequent to the date of the recording of that Deed of <br />Trust hereinabove identified; <br />WHEREAS, Bonower and Lender hereby desire to amend the existing Deed of Trust identified <br />hereinabove to provide that it shall continue to secure the presently remaining indebtedness and the <br />additional advance and €utnre advances &om and after the date hereinafter sgecified; <br />NOW, T'HEREFORE, it is a�reed: <br />1. Incorporation of Future Advance Ri ts. From and after the date of the execution of this <br />De,ed of Trust Modification Agre,ement, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />described hereinabove shall secure advances made concunenfly herewith and future <br />advances ia accordance with the faltowing provision which shall hereafter he deemed to <br />be a part of such Deed of Trust: <br />Future Advances. [Jpon request of Boaower, Lencler may at its �ption, make additional <br />and future advances and readvances to Bcxre�wer. Such ad�ances and readvanees, wit� <br />interest thereon, shall be secured by this Deed of Trust.
