Upon payment of all sums secured by this S�urity Instrument, Lender shall request <br />Trustee to reconvey the Properly and shall surrender this Security Instrument and all notes evidencing debt <br />s�ured by this S�urity Instrument to Trust�. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty to the <br />person or persons legally entitle�i to it. Such person or persons shall pay any recordarion costs.
