<br />6. Grantor conducted the sale through his attorney, of the real property at public auction on March
<br />20, 2012 at or about 10:00 AM, at the of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Grantor accepted the bid of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee under
<br />Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2004 Asset-Backed Pass-Through
<br />Certificates, Series 2004-WHQ1, Beneficiary, , in the sum of $54,000.00 as the highest bid upon
<br />the real property. The Grantor has complied with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1001
<br />through §76-1018 (Reissue 2003), in the exercise of the sale of the real property described above
<br />at the trustee's Sale that was scheduled and published to be held, and actually conducted, on
<br />March 20, 2012.
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as
<br />Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as af September 1, 2004 Asset-Backed Pass-
<br />Through Certificates, Series 2004-WHQ1, , the grantor's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the
<br />Trustor(s), and his or her successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through and under him or
<br />her, in and to the above-described real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to
<br />such property acquired by the Trustor(s) or his or her successors in interest subsequent to the execution
<br />of the Deed of Trust.
<br />This Deed is subject to ali easements, restrictions or covenants of record which Grantor is not
<br />entitled to convey pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1010(2) (Reissue 2003).
