That I have consulted with legal counsel of my own choosing regarding the execution of <br />this document. <br />3. That to the extent such legal counsel represents any other person or entity in any.manner <br />which might give rise to a situation of dual representation or potential conflict of interest, I hereby <br />represent that I have been informed of such fact by such legal counsel and I prevailed upon such legal <br />counsel to represent me in this regard after such disclosure. <br />4. That I asn renouncing and disclaiming something which might be of substantial value to <br />me, but I do not expect to, nor have I, received any consideration in money or otherwise for the <br />execution vf this document. <br />5.
