Harders, the personal representative ofthe Estate <br />of Lyle L. Harders, Deceased, who on May 1, 2012, received a written instrument of renunciation <br />entitled Renunciation and Disclaimer signed by Frances A. Harders, as the surviving joint tenant of <br />the decedent, Lyle L Harders. <br />2. An original of that written instrument of renunciation was filed on May 2, 201 Z, in the <br />county where proceedings concerning the decedent's estate are pending or where they would be <br />pending, if commenced, Case No. PR12-95 in the CounTy Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Since an interest in real estate is being renounced and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. §30-2352(b) (Reissue 2008) of the Nebraska Probate Code, a copy of that written <br />instrument of renunciation is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by this <br />reference. <br />4. That the interest in real estate that is being renounced is legally described as follows: <br />An undivided one-half (%i) interest in and to the North Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (N%Z SWl/4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />�� <br />�. <br />Damon T.
