Trustee rnay postpone sale of ali ar any <br />parceI of the Property by pnblic annanncement at the iime and place of amy previously scheduled sale. <br />Lender or its designee ma� purchase the Property at �np sale. <br />Upon receipt oF payment of the price bid, Trustee shalt deli�er to the purchaser Trustee's deed <br />con�veying the Property. The recitals in Ehe Trustee's deed shall be prima facie evidence of the trnth of <br />the statements made therein.
