The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on November �`� <br /> 10, 1997, enacted Ordinance No. 8346 which vacated a portion of Macron Street, adjacent to Lots � � <br /> Forty One (41) and Forty Two (42) of Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Forty One (41), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth <br /> Subdivision, said point also being the intersection of the south line of Manchester <br /> Road and the east line of Macron Street; thence south on the west line of Lot Forty <br /> One (41) Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision for a distance of One Hundred Fourteen <br /> (114.0) feet to the southwest corner of Lot Forty One (41) Jeffrey Oaks Sixth <br /> Subdivision; thence west on a prolongation of the south line of Lot Forty One (41) <br /> Jeffrey Oaks Sixty Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot Forty Two (42) <br /> Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision; thence north on the east line of Lot Forty Two (42) <br /> Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision for a distance of One Hundred Fourteen(114.0) feet <br /> to the northeast corner of Lot Forty Two (42) Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision; <br /> thence east on a prolongation of the north line of Lot Forty Two (42) Jeffrey Oaks <br /> Sixth Subdivision, for a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet to the Point of Beginning, all <br /> of which is located in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown <br /> on the attached plat dated November 5, 1997, marked Exhibit "A" and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. Ordinance No. 8346 authorized the vacated property as described above to be <br /> conveyed to Jeffrey Oaks, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, for consideration in the amount of fifty <br /> dollars ($50.00), provided and conditioned upon the City of Grand Island retaining a sixteen(16.0) <br /> foot wide public utility easement along the south side and a fourteen (14.0) foot wide public utility <br /> easement along the west side of the above described tract for sewer, water, electric, storm <br /> drainage, gas, and other public utilities uses and all rights and appurtenances thereto. <br /> . <br />
