<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />VVHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Donald
<br />C. Rasmussen, and Barbara M. Rasmussen, Husband and Wife, Trustors, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated October 27,
<br />2008, in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of
<br />Trust being recorded November 2, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200908742 of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, securing original stated indebtedness of $49,163.56, has been paid or
<br />otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) and the South One-Half (S1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6�'
<br />P.M., In Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a tract of land described in Exhibit A and
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6�' P.M., Ha11 CounTy, Nebraska.
