<br /> INDEBTEDNESS. This Assi�ment secures the principal amount shown abo��c as may be evidenecd by a

<br /> indebtedness of any and every kind now or hereafter owing from Sarrower[a Assignee,howsoever creale�l or

<br /> AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION OF LEASES. With respect to any Existing Leases or any Leases
<br /> executed upon the Property after the creatinn nf this Assignment Tnd so long as the Lndebtedness remains unpaid,
<br /> Assignor shall not,without the written consent of Assi�nee:(a)cancel any Leases;(b)accept the surrender of any
<br /> Leases;{c)modify or alter any Leases in any way,either orally or in writing;(d)reduce the rental set forth in any
<br /> Lesses;(e)cnntient tn the assignment of any lessee's interest under any Leases,or to any subletting ihereunder;or
<br /> (k) make any olher assignment,pledge,encumbrxnc:e, or sny other disposition of any Leases, or of the rentes,
<br /> issues and profits dcrived from the use of the Property.Any of the above acts,if done without the written cunsent
<br /> of Assignee, shall be null and void, and shall constitute a default under the Assignment and the Related
<br /> Documents.
<br /> REPRESENTA'1'1dNS OF ASSIGNOR.Assignor hereby represents: (a}except for the Existing Leases, there
<br /> are nn leases, cuhleases nr agreements tn lease or suhlease all of or any part of the Properry; (b) the Existing
<br /> L.eases are valid and enforccable and no default exists under the Existing Leases;(c)Assignor is e�titled�o receiv�
<br /> all thc rcnts,issues and profits and to enjoy all the rents and benefits mentioned herein and assigned hereby;(d)
