Garage Doors. Garage doors shall remain closed at all <br /> times escept when being used for movement of vehicles or other <br /> items in and out of such structure. <br /> 10. Setback Requirements. All buildings shall be placed on <br /> the lot in accordance with the City of Grand Island Building Code. <br /> il. Building Codes. Al1 construction and building shall be <br /> so performed that it will comply with the requirements of the <br /> building codes and ordinances of Hall County and the City of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska. <br /> ARTICLE III. <br /> ORGANIZATION OF ASSOCIATION <br /> 1. Formation of association. The Francis Villa Courtyard <br /> Homeowners Association, Inc. shall be a non-profit Nebraska <br /> corporation charged with the duties and invested with the powers <br /> prescribed by law and set forth in the Articles, By-Laws and this <br /> Declaration. Neither the Articles nor the By-Laws shall, for any <br /> reason, be amended or otherwise changed or interpreted so as to be <br /> inconsistent with this Declaration.
