<br /> Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale,John B.McDermott,attorney for Grantor,did at the
<br /> time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,offer said property for sale at public auction,
<br /> and did sell the same to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. for the sum of$102,600.00, it being the highest
<br /> bidder therefor. SunTrust Mortgage,Inc.has assigned all of its right,title and interest in such bid to
