<br /> A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled
<br /> to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliarice with Neb.Rev.Stat.§76-1008.
<br /> Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale,John B.McDermott,attorney for Grantor,did at the
<br /> time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,offer said property for sale at public auction,
<br /> and did sell the same to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. for the sum of$102,600.00, it being the highest
<br /> bidder therefor. SunTrust Mortgage,Inc.has assigned all of its right,title and interest in such bid to
<br /> Grantee.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of$102,600.00 so bid
