Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County,Nebraska,on September 28,2011,as Instrument No.20]107211. <br /> A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br /> pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.Rev.Stat.§76-1008. <br /> Subsequent thereto, beginning on October 31, 2011, Grantor caused to be published in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a <br /> Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br /> described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br /> cashier's check,at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, lst&Locust Sh-eet,Grand <br /> lsland, Hall County,Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on December ]5,2011. Publication of such notice was <br /> made for five consecutive weeks on October 31, 2011, November 7, 2p11, November 14, 2011, <br /> November 21,2011 and November 28,2011,the last publication being at least ten(]0)days but not <br /> more than thirty(30)days prior to the date of sale. <br />
