<br /> administrators and Grantor does he,reby bind itsel�its successors and assigns, to WARRANT AND
<br /> FOREVER DEFEND tbe title to the Property unto the said Grxntee, its heirs, executors and
<br /> � administrators, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under
<br /> Grantor, but none other.
<br /> Current ad valorem taxes have been prorated and the payment of same is assumed by
<br /> Grantee.
<br /> This conveyance is expressly made subject to all conditions, covenants, leases, easements,
<br /> encumbranceg,options, rights-of-way,restrictions, exceptions, charges and liens for assessments and
<br /> municipal improvements affecting or benefiting the Property and reservations, whether or not of
<br /> record, including all building,zoning and other ordinances, laws, regulations and restrictions and any
<br /> violations thereof by municipal or any other governmental authority applicable to the Property.
