<br /> Grantor,in consideration for the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars($10.00) and other good and
<br /> valuable consideration, paid by Grantee to Grantor, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, by these presents, gants, bargains and sells, conveys and confirms, to Grantee,
<br /> Grantee's heirs, and assigns, the real property lying, being, and situate in the County of Hall, State

<br /> which may contain hydrocarbons, and that such fuel, products or derivatives may have been spilled,
<br /> leaked, or otherwise dischazged onto or into the Property.
