POTTER, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint EARL D. POTTER, as my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 18 hereof, to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things. In order to provide succession if my attorney in fact is incapable of serving or �s n�t reasanably av:ilable to serve, I hereby appoint BOBBI A. GAR.EY, of Lincoln, Nebraska, to serve as alternate(s) to my attorney in fact. (If either of them are unwilling or unable to serve as attorney in fact, then I direct that the other of them shall serve as attorney in fact without the necessity of replacement. To Settle Accounts. To settle any account or reckoning whatsoever wherein I now am or at any time hereafter shall be in any way interested or concerned with any person whomsoever, and to pay or receive the balance thereof as the case may require. 3. To Satisfy Securitv Interests and Mortgages. To receive every sum of money which now is or herea�ter shall be due or belonging to me upon the security or by virtue of any security interest or agreement, or mortgage, and on receipt of the full amount secured thereby to execute a good and sufficient release or other discharge of such security interest, or mortgage by deed or otherwise.
