That, from the evidence, it appears that every <br /> reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made, without <br /> success, and that the marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent <br /> is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. <br /> 8. That the Respondent shall pay to the Clerk of The <br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, the sum of �310.00 per <br /> child per month for support of the minor children, said sums to <br /> continue until the oldest child reaches age 19 or the further <br /> order of the Court. Thereafter, child support payments for the <br /> younger children shall be increased to $369.00 per month per <br /> child, said sums to continue until the second oldest child <br /> reaches age 19 or the further order of the Court. Thereafter, <br /> child support payments shall be �475.00 per month until the <br /> youngest child reaches age 19 or the further order of the Court. <br /> Payments shall begin on May 1 , 1990, and shall be payable on the <br /> first day of each month thereafter. <br /> 9. Each party shall receive all personal property now in <br /> their possession. All household goods shall be the property of <br /> the Petitioner. <br /> 10. Petitioner shall receive her retirement benefits with <br /> the State of Nebraska and the tax deferred savings plan with <br /> Metropolitan Life Insurance. Respondent shall receive his <br /> retirement benefits and 401K plan with his employer, National <br /> Gypsum. <br /> 11 . Petitioner shall maintain medical insurance for the <br /> minor children through her employment plan with the Grand Island <br /> Schools. Respondent shall maintain dental insurance upon the <br /> minor children through his employment. Each party shall share <br /> equally any non-insured medical or dental expenses for the minor <br /> children. <br /> 12. The real property of the parties, known as: <br /> Lot Fifteen ( 15) , Block Eleven ( 11 ) , Ashton <br /> Place, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> is set over to the Petitioner, subject to all encumbrances. <br /> Petitioner shall maintain the property and pay the mortgage, <br /> taxes and insurance. Respondent is granted a judgment lien upon <br /> said real estate in the sum of $14, 200. Said sum shall bear <br />
