NOW on this 12th day of April , 1990, this matter comes on for hearing before the Court, the Petitioner being present and represented by her attorney, John R. Brownell . The Respondent is present with his attorney, John A. Wolf. The Petitioner is sworn and testifies. Petitioner rests. The Respondent is sworn and testifies and rests. The parties stipulated to a property settlement, which the Court finds not unconscionable, and which is ordered reduced to writing and incorporated into the Decree. The matter is then submitted to the Court for consideration whereupon the Court, being duly advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1 . That both parties have been for more than one year prior to the commencement of this action residents and inhabitants of Hall County, Nebraska. 2. The Court has jurisdiction of both parties and the subject matter of this action. 3. That neither party is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or it's Allies. 4. That more than sixty (60) days have elapsed since the filing of the Petition herein. 5 . The parties were married on August 5 , 1972 in Garland, Nebraska. Three children were born to said marriege, to-wit: Kathryn Anne Flyr, born March 15, 1975; Jamie Joy Flyr, born June 14, 1979 and Kacey Sabina Flyr, born January 18, 1982. 6. That the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to have the care, custody, and control of the minor children of the parties, subject to the right of reasonable visitation by the Respondent. ��V,.�T 1�-:ri
