<br /> manner, including a deed in lieu of condemnation, or should

<br /> in an amount and with compani�s acceptab�� to Beneficiary, and wi.th
<br /> loss pa��ble to the Beneficiary. Tn the event of a par.tial loss to
<br /> the Property, the insurance proceeds may be used to restore the
<br /> Propezty if Trustors and Beneficiary so agree. Proof o�� insurance
<br /> shall be delivered to Beneficiary annually. Any policy sh�ll
<br /> pXOhib3t cancellation by insurer without 30 days written notice
<br /> from insurer to Beneficiaxy and Trustee.
