<br />9~~-, 35:b <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, NOVEMBER 17, 1992 <br /> <br />~The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session <br />~and by published call with Chairperson Margaret Landis presiding. <br /> <br />~Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman, <br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie and Gary Quandt. Bill Wright arrived later. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Abernethy. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Minutes of November 3rd meeting were accepted as received. On roll call vote <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Landis voted yes, none voted <br />no, with Wright absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz was present. He presented resolution <br />requesting approval and chairman to sign deed for sale of Lot 16, Kallos 2nd <br />Subdivision which has been sold. Janulewicz read the resolution. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to adopt Resolution #1439 as pre- <br />sented and authorize chairman to sign deed. On roll call vote Abernethy, <br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION /II '/3? <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska acquired Lot Sixteen (16), Kallos <br /> <br />Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska under and through a <br />proceeding in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska to foreclose a property <br />tax lien against the aforesaid property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board desires to sell the aforesaid property to Timothy <br />W. Johnson and Karen M. Johnson for the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($6,500.00). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors find that the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500. OC . is <br /> <br />a fair and reasonable price for the aforesaid property and approves the term of the <br />purchase agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto.
