<br />Attorney Janulewicz requested board members to consider resolution to author-
<br />ize Cunningham, Attorney to bid on property to be sold at tax foreclosure sales.
<br />Properties to be sold are (1) 214 N. Oak, 1 blk east of old Eagles Club at
<br />3rd & Oak. Board members determined not to place any bid on this property.
<br />(~) a portion of old Eagles Club property. Attorney recommends authorizing at
<br />least a bid to cover court costs and attorney fees. Board members determined
<br />to bid $9500.00 to include court costs and attorney fees, 5 voted yes, Frauen
<br />and Landis voted no. (3) 904 E 12th, corner of 12th & Beal, house has been
<br />removed, Board members determined to bid the court costs and attorney fees.
<br />6 voted yes, Frauen voted no. (4) Lot at 2800 block South Locust. Board
<br />determined bid of $1350.00, Abernethy, Hartman, Quandt voted yes, Frauen,
<br />Leslie and Wright voted no, Landis abstained. Landis changed her vote to
<br />yes.
<br />Attorney Janulewicz read resolution prepared. Mltion by Frauen, seconded by
<br />Quandt to adopt. Hesolution #1440 as presented. >n roll call vote Abernethy,
<br />Hartmar, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, Frauen voted no. Motion

<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BIDDING ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF HALL,

<br />WHERE..~S, the following parcels of real prop ..!rty will be sold at judicial sales
<br />conducted by the Hall COll;nty Sheriff on November 25,.1992, and November 30, 1992,
<br />in satisfaction of the county's lien thereon for real estate taxes, interest, costs. and
<br />
<br />fees, to-wit:

<br />WHEREAS, Neb. Rev. Stat. ~23-135 (Reissue 1991) authorizes county boards to
<br />approve the payment for a particular piece of real property to be sold at auction by
<br />adopting a resolution stating the maximum amount which the county may bid for th 3
<br />particular piece of real property; and
<br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County has been requested by its attorneys to
<br />adopt such a resolution;

<br />Cunningham, counsel for the Count) of Hall, be hereof appointed and authorized to
