Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and <br />Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:58 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />11 :00 a.m. Logan made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out of executive session. <br />Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACTION ON CLAIM: Jeffries made a motion and Lancaster seconded to deny the claim <br />from Anoulom Sayakhom and Anoulak Sayakhom. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />14 DISCUSS AND APPROVE REUSE COMMITTEE'S REQUEST FOR EXPENSES TO <br />BE PAID FROM REUSE LINE ITEM: Landis stated that $100,000.00 was budgeted for <br />the survey work and other expenses for the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant that the <br />Reuse Committee can use. The last of agricultural land is scheduled to be sold. The <br />history committee would like something to request permission from the county board to <br />use some of the funding to pay the expenses of preserving the history of CAAP. They <br />do no have any definite cost but they have some expenses from the arial photos that <br />have been taken. Jeffries questioned if the city has been included in this project and if <br />they will help with the expenses. This has not been discussed but they committee is <br />looking at acquiring one of the houses for this project. Landis stated that part of the <br />surveying cost will be paid back when the land is sold. Stuhr Museum and the Hall <br />County Historical Society are part of the history committee. Landis suggested also using <br />keno funds for this project. Landis made a motion and Logan seconded to authorize the <br />history committee to use money in reuse committee line item for the expenses. The <br />county board will approve the expenditures when the claims are presented for payment. <br />
