Brent Linder and family are majority owner of
the business and they have submitted approval from the fire marshal, are ADA
accessible and are waiting for the approve from the city building inspector. Mr. Linder is
also a principal owner in the Glass Bar. They were determined to have an illegal
gambling machine and they were fined for that violation. Janulewicz asked if the board
wants to give an unconditional approval to this request. Once the board approves it
would have to go to the state gaming commission and they may impose a period of
suspension.
