r7f RESOLUTION #00- !')() '1 q A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSFER OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS AT THE SITE OF THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT WHEREAS, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, by and through the United States General Services Administration, will be disposing of various tracts located at the site of the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and WHEREAS, it is desired that the County of Hall and/or other public entities obtain road right-of ways, along, upon or through the above-described tracts to ensure preservation of current uses and future recreational, agricultural, commercial, and industrial uses at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant site. The roads shall not be opened as County or Township roads until further action by the County Board of Supervisors. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, the County of Hall hereby requests that the Department of the Army convey to the County of Hall, its delegates and assigns, the road right-of ways as described and set forth in Attachment "A", pages 1-71 inclusive, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
