<br />F70 <br /> <br />2c DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSFER OF ROAD <br />RIGHT-OF-WAYS AT THE SITE OF THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION <br />PLANT; County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that all of the road-right-of-way needs <br />to be accepted by the county. There are no gates blocking the roads and the public can <br />travel on them and the traffic laws can be enforced. Landis made a motion and Jeffries <br />seconded to approve the resolution requesting the transfer of roads at the site of the <br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, <br />Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br />The roads cannot be opened as County or Township Roads until the roads are <br />classified. The Public Works Department will need to classify these roads. Highway <br />Superintendent Marsha Medbery stated the roads will need classified by public roads <br />and standards before the roads can be opened. Jeffries made a motion and Landis <br />seconded to rescind the previous resolution and to approve Resolution#OO-0079 <br />requesting the transfer of road right-of-way at the site of the Corn husker Army <br />Ammunition Plant and not to open the roads until further action by the county board. <br />Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
