2d CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON AGREEMENT WI( ~Q~8INC AND COMSTOCK CAB CORPORATION: Mr. John Bartu with Comstock Cab Corporation had requested to participate in the cab ticket program in Hall County. County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that the best way to proceed with this is to extend to Comstock Cab Corporation the same agreement that exists with the other Cab Company. He presented the agreement with Comstock Cab Corporation for the board's approval. Jeffries made a motion'to approve the agreement and Lancaster seconded to approve the agreement and authorize the chair to sign. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. 2e CONSIDER AND ADOPT RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF HOME OCCUPATION IN THE CO. ZONING RESOLUTION: The public hearing concerning the home occupation zoning changes was held June 27,2000 and this resolution makes the amendment to the definition of home occupation in the zoning regulations. The regional planning commission recommended approval of the amendment. Jeffries made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution # 00-0070 amending the definition of home occupation in the Hall County Zoning Resolution. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. RESOLUTION #oo-oo1D A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF HOME OCCUPATION IN THE HALL COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission," held June _,2000, the Commission held a public hearing and considered a proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution amend the definition of "home occupation," a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Attachment "A," and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the Commission, by a unanimous vote of the eight members present, recommended that the Hall County Board of Supervisors amend the Hall County Zoning Resolution to incorporate the changes proposed in Attachment "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth; and WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, held July, 2000, a public hearing was held on the recommended changes to the Hall County Zoning Resolution proposed by the Commission and set forth in Attac1uD.ent "A." NOW BE IT RESOLVED, upon consideration of the record herein, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution as set forth in attachment "A" are consistent with the County's comprehensive development plan and designed for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of Hall County and promotes those specific purposes as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. 923-114.03, as amended.
