<br />2d CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON AGREEMENT WI( ~Q~8INC AND <br />COMSTOCK CAB CORPORATION: Mr. John Bartu with Comstock Cab Corporation had <br />requested to participate in the cab ticket program in Hall County. County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz <br />stated that the best way to proceed with this is to extend to Comstock Cab Corporation the same <br />agreement that exists with the other Cab Company. He presented the agreement with Comstock <br />Cab Corporation for the board's approval. Jeffries made a motion'to approve the agreement and <br />Lancaster seconded to approve the agreement and authorize the chair to sign. Arnold, Hartman, <br />Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2e CONSIDER AND ADOPT RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF HOME <br />OCCUPATION IN THE CO. ZONING RESOLUTION: The public hearing concerning the home <br />occupation zoning changes was held June 27,2000 and this resolution makes the amendment to <br />the definition of home occupation in the zoning regulations. The regional planning commission <br />recommended approval of the amendment. Jeffries made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br />approve Resolution # 00-0070 amending the definition of home occupation in the Hall County <br />Zoning Resolution. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #oo-oo1D <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF HOME OCCUPATION IN THE <br />HALL COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Commission," held June _,2000, the Commission held a public hearing and <br />considered a proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution amend the definition <br />of "home occupation," a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Attachment <br />"A," and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, by a unanimous vote of the eight members present, <br />recommended that the Hall County Board of Supervisors amend the Hall County Zoning <br />Resolution to incorporate the changes proposed in Attachment "A," which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as though fully set forth; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, held July, <br />2000, a public hearing was held on the recommended changes to the Hall County Zoning <br />Resolution proposed by the Commission and set forth in Attac1uD.ent "A." <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, upon consideration of the record herein, the Hall County <br />Board of Supervisors finds that the proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution <br />as set forth in attachment "A" are consistent with the County's comprehensive development plan <br />and designed for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, <br />prosperity, and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of Hall County and promotes those <br />specific purposes as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. 923-114.03, as amended. <br />
