<br />RESOLUTION #00- () 05l <br /> <br />F 20000259 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE JAMIESON HOUSE SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING A <br />SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING APART OF THE NORTH <br />HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (N ~ NE ~) OF SECTION TEN (10), <br />TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Hall County Zoning Resolution provides for the use and <br />development of lands as a planned unit development in order to promote the most appropriate <br />use of said lands in an attractive and pleasant manner, to facilitate the adequate and economical <br />provision of street, utilities and other improvements, and to preserve the natural and scenic <br />qualities of open areas; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Donald Deitemeyer has made application to the Regional Planning Board <br />and to this Board for approval of a final Planned Unit Development Plan for the JamIeson House <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, being a subdivision of a tract ofland comprising a part of <br />the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N ~ NE ~) of Section Ten (10), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Regional Planning Commission has recommended that the Hall County <br />Board approve said Planned Unit Development Plan with the requirement that said lands is <br />restricted in use and development in accordance with said Planned Unit Development Plan and <br />the restrictions set forth herein. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the final Planned Unit Development Plan for the <br />following described real estate, to wit: <br /> <br />The Jamieson House Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, being a subdivision of <br />a tract ofland comprising apart of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N ~ <br />NE y..) of Section Ten (10), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />With reference to the Northeast comer of said N ~ NE y..; thence running on an <br />assumed bearing ofN 900 00' 00" W on the North line of said N ~ NE y.. for a <br />distance of 448.00 feet to the actual POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing <br />N 90000' 00" E for 248.75 feet; thence N 90000' 00" E for 208.75 feet; thence N <br />00000' 00" E for 248.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said tract <br />containing 1.192 acres more or less, the Northerly 40.00 feet thereof to be <br />dedicated as Platte River Drive right-of-way, <br /> <br />Page lof3 <br /> <br />~ <br />
