<br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />~01558 <br /> <br />the County Attorney to proceed to abate said public nuisance. and charae the costs thereof aaainst the <br />real estate on which the tower is located or the owner of record of the said real estate. <br /> <br />22) Satellite Dish Antennas. Reaulation. After October 1. 2001 installation of satellite dish antennas <br />shall be permitted within the zonina iurisdiction of the County only upon compliance with the followina <br />criteria: <br /> <br />a) In residential zoned districts. satellite dish antennas may not exceed a diameter of ten (10) feet. <br /> <br />b) SinQle family residences may not have more than one (1) satellite dish antenna. <br /> <br />c) Multiple family residences with ten or less dwellina units may have no more than one (1) satellite <br />dish antenna. Multiple family residences with more than ten (10) dwellina units may have no <br />more than two (2) satellite dish antennas. <br /> <br />d) In residential zonina districts. satellite dish antennas shall not be installed in the reQuired front <br />yard setback area or side yard setback area. <br /> <br />e) All satellite dish antennas installed within the zonina iurisdiction of the County after October 1. <br />2001. shall be of a neutral color such as black. Qray. brown. or such other color as will blend with <br />the surroundina dominant color in order to camouflaae the antenna. <br /> <br />23) Colocation For County EmerQency Services. All Tower Owners of towers hayina a heiaht in <br />excess of one hundred (100) feet must permit the County of Hall or other aoyernmental aaencies as so <br />desianated to place and operate antennas and communications facilities on the tower and tower site <br />without charae to the County if colocation of the County's eQuipment is technically feasible. Provided. <br />however. the County shall be responsible for the cost of eauipment. materials. and labor for the <br />installation and operation of anv such antennas and communications facilities and shall further be <br />responsible for utility services reQuired for the support of any such antennas and communications <br />facilities. <br /> <br />24) Application Fees. NotwithstandinQ any resolution to the contrarv. the followina nonrefundable <br />fees shall be reQuired to be paid to the County in connection with an application for a tower development <br />permit: <br /> <br />a) Non-administrative Approval Application. Fiye Hundred (500) Dollars. <br />b) Administrative Approval Application. Two Hundred (200) Dollars. <br /> <br />25) Severability. If any clause. section. or any other part of this Article shall be held inyalid or <br />unconstitutional by any court of competent iurisdiction. the remainder of this Article shall not be affected <br />thereby. but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Resolution Amending County Zoning Resolution <br />"PIIOP. 11 <br />
