<br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />~015 <br />r' -- ,53 <br /> <br />I) A scaled site olan clearly indicatina the location. tyoe and heiaht of the orooosed tower. on-site <br />land uses and zonina. adiacent land uses and zonina. adiacent roadways. orooosed means of <br />access. setbacks from orooerty lines. eleyation drawinas of the orooosed tower and any other <br />structures. toooaraohy. oarkina. floodways. floodolains. drainaae olan. and other information <br />deemed by the Buildina Insoector to be necessary to assess comoliance with this chaoter. <br /> <br />m) An aoolication for a buildina oermit oursuant to the County Resolution. <br /> <br />6. Aoolication: Cooies: Distribution. The aoolicant for a Tower Develooment Permit shall submit to <br />the Buildina Insoector an oriainal and six (6) cooies of the aoolication and all suooortina documents and <br />materials. Said oriainal and cooies shall be distributed by the Suildina Insoector as follows: <br /> <br />a) Oriainal to the County Clerk for filina. <br /> <br />b) One (1) COoY to the County Clerk for oublic insoection. <br /> <br />c) Three (3) cooies to the County Board Assistant for review by the members of the County Board <br />of Suoervisors. <br />d) One (1) COoY to the County Attorney. <br /> <br />7. Tower Deyelooment Permit: Procedure. After receiot of an aoolication for a Tower Develooment <br />Permit. the County Clerk shall schedule a oublic hearina before the County Board of Suoervisors to <br />consider such aoolication. Notice of such aoolication shall be olaced in a newsoaoer of aeneral <br />circulation in the County at least one (1) time ten (10) days orior to such hearina. In addition to the <br />oublication. the Buildina Insoector shall cause a notice to be oosted in a consoicuous olace on the <br />orooerty on which action is oendina. Such notice shall be not less than eiahteen (18) inches in heiaht <br />and twenty-four (24) inches in width with a white or yellow backaround and black letters not less than <br />one and one-half (1 1/2) inches in heiaht. The oublic hearina shall be held at which all interested oarties <br />shall be heard. The County Board of Suoervisors may aoorove a Tower Develooment Permit as <br />reauested in the oendina aoolication with any conditions or safeauards it deems reasonable and <br />aoorooriate based uoon the aoolication and/or inout received at the oublic hearina or deny the <br />aoolication. In all zonina districts in which towers are a oermitted conditional use of land. the Tower <br />Develooment Permit shall be deemed a conditional use oermit for said tract of land. <br /> <br />8. Setbacks and Seoaration or Buffer Reauirements. <br />a) All towers shall be set back from all orooertv lines. riahts-of-way. and oublic roads a distance <br />eaual to one hundred (100) oercent of the heiaht of the orooosed tower olus the reauired <br />setback. The heiaht of a tower shall be measured from the arade at the foot of the base Dad to <br />the too of any telecommunications facilities or antennas attached thereto. Setback reauirements <br />shall be measured from the base of the tower to the orooerty line of the tract of land on which it <br />is located. <br /> <br />b) Towers exceedina one hundred (100) feet in heiaht may not be located in any residential zoned <br />district and must be seoarated from all residential zoned land and/or residential structures other <br />than those owned by the tower owner. by a minimum of one thousand (1000) feet. <br /> <br />c) Towers of one hundred (100) feet or less in heiaht may be located in residential zoned districts <br />orovided said tower is seoarated from any residential structure. school. church. and/or residential <br />structures other than those utilized by the tower owner. by a minimum of three hundred oercent <br />(300%) of the heiaht of orooosed tower. <br /> <br />d) Towers must meet the followina minimum seoaration reauirements from other towers: <br /> <br />Resolution Amending County Zoning Resolution <br />Pilaf'! n <br />
