f01548 RESOLUTION #Ol-Ot:Xk A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE HALL COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION TO REGULATE TOWERS WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission," held September 5,2001, the Commission held a public hearing and considered proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution to regulate towers~ and WHEREAS, the Commission, by a unanimous vote of the eight members present, recommended that the Hall County Board of Supervisors amend the Hall County Zoning Resolution to incorporate the changes proposed in Attachment "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth~ and WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, September 25, 2001, a public hearing was held on the recommended changes to the Hall County Zoning Resolution proposed by the Commission and set forth in Attachment "A." NOW BE IT RESOLVED, upon consideration of the record herein, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution as set forth in attachment "A" are consistent with the County's comprehensive development plan and designed for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of Hall County and promotes those specific purposes as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~ 23-114.03, as amended. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed amendments to the Hall County Zoning Resolution as set forth and designated by underlining in Attachment "A" should be and the same are hereby ordered approved and adopted~ the Hall County Zoning Resolution is hereby amended in conformance with the same. Said amendments shall be spread in the minutes of the Hall County Board of Supervisors and shall be published in book or pamphlet form by the Planning Director and the Regional Planning Commission.
