The owner and/or operator of any <br />vehicle parked in violation of this resolution shall be subject to prosecution as provided by Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. 960-2401.01. <br /> <br />III. Courthouse Parking. At all times, parking in the Courthouse Parking lot is hereby restricted <br />to the ADA Parking and Court Parking as is designated in the parking lot layout plan marked <br />exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth. Vehicles <br />shall be parked in the appropriate restricted parking areas and within designated parking stalls. <br />V ehicles parked outside of the designated parking stall or improperly parked in a restricted area <br />shall be subject to being towed, at the request of the Hall County Sheriff on behalf of the County <br />of Hall, and any towing cost or storage cost shall be a lien upon such vehicle and a liability of the <br />owner as provided for in Neb. Rev. Stat. 9960-2401 through 60-2411. The owner and/or <br />operator of any vehicle parked in violation of this resolution shall be subject to prosecution as <br />provided by Neb. Rev. Stat. &60-2401.01. <br /> <br />IV. Signs. The Hall County Building and Grounds Department Supervisor is hereby directed to <br />post the parking lots as set forth herein, with the aforesaid restricted parking areas posted <br />according to use restrictions. Additionally, at all entrances to the parking lots and at such other <br />locations as deemed appropriate by the aforesaid Supervisor, signs shall be placed in a readily <br />visible location and shall state that parking in the lots is restricted to the uses as designated by <br />parking area signs, that such parking is restricted at all times and that the Hall County Sheriff <br />should be contacted for information regarding a towed vehicle. <br /> <br />V.
