<br />D. "Court Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for parking for <br />the judges of the County and District Courts of Hall County. <br /> <br />E. "District Court Clerk" or "DISTRlCT CLK" parking shall mean parking areas <br />restricted to and exclusively for parking for the Clerk of the District Court. <br /> <br />r::01539 <br /> <br />F. "Inspection Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for the <br />parking of vehicles for motor vehicle title inspections conducted by the Hall County <br />Sheriff. Such parking shall be restricted to a fifteen-minute period. <br /> <br />G. "Loading Zone" parking shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for the <br />parking of service and delivery vehicles while such vehicles are utilized for making <br />deliveries to County owned buildings. <br /> <br />H. "Police Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for the parking <br />of vehicles owned or operated by the City of Grand Island which are utilized for official <br />police department purposes and such other vehicles as authorized by the Grand Island <br />Police Chief. <br /> <br />I. "Police Patrol Car Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for <br />the parking of police patrol vehicles owned or operated by the City of Grand Island. <br /> <br />J. "Police Motorcycle Parking" or "P.D. Cycle Parking" shall mean parking areas <br />restricted to and exclusively for the parking of police motorcycles owned or operated by <br />the City of Grand Island <br /> <br />K. "Service Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for the <br />parking of service and delivery vehicles while such vehicles are utilized for making <br />deliveries to or providing services at County owned buildings. <br /> <br />L. "Sheriffs Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively for the <br />parking of vehicles owned or operated by the County of Hall and which are utilized for <br />official sheriffs department purposes, and such other vehicles as authorized by the Hall <br />County Sheriff. <br /> <br />M. "Sheriffs Patrol Car Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and exclusively <br />for the parking of sheriffs department patrol vehicles owned or operated by the County of <br />Hall. <br /> <br />N. "Visitors Parking" or "Regular Parking" shall mean parking areas restricted to and <br />exclusively for use by the general public while such persons are conducting business <br />activities or utilizing public services or facilities within the Safety Center or other county <br />facilities. <br /> <br />II. County City Safety Center Parking. Parking in the County-City Safety Center Parking Lot is <br />hereby restricted to ADA Parking, County Court Clerk Parking, Corrections Parking, District <br />Court Clerk Parking, Loading Zone Parking, Police Parking, Police Patrol Car Parking, Police <br />Motorcycle Parking, Service Parking, Sheriffs Parking, Sheriffs Patrol Car Parking, and Visitors <br />Parking in such respective areas as are designated in the parking layout plan which is attached <br />hereto, marked exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as though fully set forth. Vehicles parked in <br />Visitors Parking areas shall be limited to not more than 60 consecutive minutes of parking per <br />visit. Vehicles shall be parked in the appropriate restricted parking areas and within the <br />designated parking stalls. Vehicles parked outside of designated parking stalls, improperly <br />parked in a restricted area, or left beyond the 60-minute maximum period shall be subject to <br />being towed, at the request of the Hall County Sheriff on behalf of the County of Hall, and any <br />
