They
would like to amend the agreement to use the rest of the funds to install new fencing on
the fields. If the county board amends the agreement and it is approved, they will not be
able to do the work until the next fiscal year so the money would have to be rolled over.
Lancaster stated that the board already approved the grant and did not see a reason
that the agreement could not be amended. Lancaster made a motion and Humiston
seconded to allow the keno grant for the Grand Island Girls Fast-pitch Association to be
amended to allow for the fencing and roll the funds over to the current fiscal year.
Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted
no with Jeffries absent. Motion carried.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Chairman Hartman called for public participation and no one
responded.

EXECUTIVE SESSION REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATIONS Logan made a motion and
Arnold seconded to go into executive session for real estate negotiations.
