'::01058 NOW BE IT RESOL VED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors consents to and approves of the preliminary development plan, the preliminary subdivision plat, and the zoning changes from AG-2 and RC to PUD of the above-described tract ofland owned by Bosselman Incorporated with the following restrictions applicable to said property, to wit 1. Uses Allowed. The Applicant shall be allowed to develop this property in a manner consistent with the Grand Island Zoning B-2 (General Business District) Regulations. All uses allowed by said district shall be allowed in this Planned Unit Development with the exception of residential uses. Permanent residential uses allowed in the B-2 zoning district shall not be allowed in this Planned Unit Development. 2. Lot Size, Setbacks, Landscaping. The Applicant shall be allowed to develop this property in a manner consistent with the Grand Island Zoning B-2 (General Business District Regulations. Lot Size, Setbacks and Landscaping requirements of the B-2 zoning district shall be enforced across this Planned Unit Development. Successors in Interest.
