<br />( 01057 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01- () DO q <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, THE <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE OF A <br />TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF (S Y:z) OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE ~) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13) FROM AG2 AND RC <br />TO PUD AND A TRACT IN THE EAST HALF (E Y:z) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(NE ~) OF SECTION TWENTY-FOUR (24) FROM RC TO PUD, ALL IN TOWNSHIP <br />TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6tb P.M., HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bosselman Incorporated, hereinafter refeITed to as "Applicant," is the owner <br />of a tract of land located in the South Half (5 ~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE Y4) Section Thirteen <br />(13), and the East Half(E !/z) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ~) of Section Twenty-Four (24) of <br />the Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th p.m., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid tract is located within the zoning jurisdiction of Hall County; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant desires to petition the Regional Planning Commission and Hall <br />County to approve changes to the Hall County Zoning Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subject property is intended for commercial development as shown on the <br />Hall County Comprehensive Plan as amended, and <br /> <br />"wHEREAS, a preliminary development plan has been submitted in accordance with the <br />Hall County Zoning Regulations, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />this change at their meeting on January 10,2001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of this development is within the Jurisdiction of the City of Grand <br />Island, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island will expand to include this entire <br />development, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors wishes to encourage development that <br />is appropriate in scale and nature based upon the available infrastructure, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Zoning Regulations allow the development of Planned Unit <br />Developments for Trade, Professional and Service Uses, <br />
