Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan <br />all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. 10:00 A.M. BID OPENING FOR SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR <br />BOILERS - The following bids were received: <br /> <br />BIDDER <br /> <br />ANNUAL FEE <br /> <br />Honeywell International <br /> <br />$36,588.00 <br />$34,800.00 <br /> <br />Leamon Mechanical <br /> <br />Hartman made a motion and Jeffries seconded to refer the bids to the building and <br />grounds committee. They will meet before the meeting is over and come back with a <br />recommendation. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />13 DON KELLY - AIRPORT ISSUES - Arnold made a motion and Logan seconded to <br />table this item. The board requested information from the county attorney and they do <br />no have that information. <br /> <br />Hartman called for discussion, he stated that Mr. Kelly has new information. It is not <br />clear who is the rightful owner. Mr. Kelly needs to go to the county attorney with the <br />additional information. There should not be discussion on a tabled motion. Arnold, <br />Eriksen, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and Hartman voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The chair called for a five-minute break. <br /> <br />10 EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Logan made a motion <br />and Arnold seconded to go into executive session for the performance evaluation. <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted <br />no with Hartman absent for the vote. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:15 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />10:23 a.m. Eriksen made a motion and Jeffries seconded to go out of executive session. <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Logan made a motion and Jeffries second to refer the evaluation to the personnel <br />committee. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted <br />yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5 <br />
