<br />(20020494 <br /> <br />"Shall The County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, issue the <br />negotiable bonds of the County in the principal amount of not to <br />exceed Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,900,000) <br />for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring, holding, improving <br />and operating, as a joint recreational facility by the County and the <br />Hall County Museum Board under the terms of Section 13-304, <br />RRS. Neb. 1997, as amended, an operating train at the Stuhr <br />Museum, to serve the County and its residents, with such bonds to <br />be issued under Section 13-306, RRS. Neb. 1997, to be issued from <br />time to time, to bear interest at rate or rates and to become due at <br />such time or times (not less than five nor more than twenty years), <br />all as may be determined by the Board of Supervisors, and <br /> <br />"Shall The County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, levy <br />annually, as long as any of said bonds are outstanding, a tax upon all <br />of the taxable property in such county sufficient in rate and amount <br />to pay the interest on and principal of such bonds as the same <br />become due and payable, which tax may exceed the limitations <br />provided by Article VIII, Section 5 ofthe Constitution ofthe State of <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />FOR said bonds and levy <br /> <br />AGAINST said bonds and levy <br /> <br />The ballots to be voted upon and cast at said election shall have printed thereon the <br />foregoing proposition and the words "FOR said bonds and levy" and "AGAINST <br />said bonds and levy" after such proposition. Qualified electors voting in favor of <br />the proposition shall mark an "X" in the box opposite the words "FOR said bonds <br />and levy" following said proposition, and qualified electors voting against the <br />proposition shall mark an "X" in the box opposite the words "AGAINST said bonds <br />and levy" following said proposition. <br /> <br />Section 3. Notice of said election shall be given to the qualified electors of <br />the County one time not less than forty (40) days prior to such election, and also for <br />four successive weeks (five consecutive weekly publications) prior to such election <br />and a copy of the sample ballot shall be published one time not more than ten days <br />nor less than three days prior to the election, publication of such notice and sample <br />ballot to be made in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed and <br />published in and of general circulation in the County. <br /> <br />Section 4. Said proposition shall be submitted at the statewide general <br />election as conducted by the Election Commissioner of the County pursuant to <br />Section 32-559, RR.S. 1998, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />
