CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON PROPOSAL OF <br />NEBRASKA PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS, L.L.C. FOR COMPARABILITY STUDY- <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated he received a proposal from Paul Essman with <br />Nebraska Personnel Consultants to do a comparability study. He would obtain the job <br />descriptions from the county and it would take about six to eight weeks to complete the <br />process. The amount of the study would be $12,000.00. Discussion was held on how <br />often the study should be done and Mr. Essman suggest every three to four years to <br />keep it current. Logan made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the contract with <br />Nebraska Personnel Consultants L.L.C. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2b DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON ADDITIONAL DATA WIRING FOR BELTZER <br />BUILDING BY COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING - County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz <br />stated that he was contacted by the State of Nebraska Child Support Division and he will <br />need to have additional outlets because of the state specifications. The additional cost <br />will be $2,000.00. Communications Engineering is doing the work. The total cost will <br />still be under $10,000.00. Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to approve the <br />additional wiring in the Beltzer Building. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2 <br />
