(20020087 2a APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR PETTY CASH FUND FOR CHECK DEPARTMENT County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz requested to approve this resolution for the petty cash fund for the check department for miscellaneous expenses. They are only requesting to set it for $150.00. Jeffries made a motion and Humiston seconded to approve resolution #02-0011 for the petty cash fund for the check department. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. RESOLUTION # Ocl----D12lL A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CHECK DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE HALL COUNTY ATTORNEY OFFICE WHEREAS, Neb, Rev. Stat. 23-106 pennits the establishment of petty cash funds for the purpose of making payment for subsidiary general operational expenditures and purchases; and WHEREAS, it has been detennined that it is necessary and in the best interest to establish Check Department Petty Cash Fund for the Hall County Attorney Office to be used for a cash drawer; and WHEREAS, it has been detennined that $150.00 be set as the amount of money carried in said petty cash fund. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby established a petty cash fund for the Hall County Attorney Office in the amount of$150.00 to be used for a cash drawer for the Check Department.
