<br />RESOLUTION #03- 004> 3 <br /> <br />-r (r"~ /138' <br />r ,JtL._..... <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE OFFICE OF <br />PART -TIME COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSIONER <br />FOR THE TERM OF OFFICE COMMENCING JANUARY 1,2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is required by law to set and establish <br />salaries for the office of county election commissioner at least 60 days prior to the expiration of <br />the term of office ofthe election commissioner holding office. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salary for the part-time county election <br />commissioner be hereby set as follows: <br /> <br />1. The annual salary for the office of part-time election commissioner is established at <br />$25,124.28 for the calendar year 2004. Each year thereafter a 3.0 percent cost-of-living <br />increase shall be added to the previous year's salary so the total amount paid for the calendar <br />year 2005 shall be $25,878.01, for the calendar year 2006 shall be $26,654.35, and for the <br />calendar year 2007 shall be $27,453.98. <br /> <br />2. The part-time election commissioner shall be regularly scheduled to work 20 hours per week <br />and such additional hours as necessary to fulfill the duties of the office. The part-time <br />election commissioner shall be subject to the Hall County Personnel Policies and Procedures. <br /> <br />3. During the aforesaid term of office the election commissioner shall not be eligible to receive <br />health, medical and dental benefits pursuant to the terms and conditions of the County's <br />Employee Health Benefit Plan. <br /> <br />4.
