<br />F 03352 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03- 0 ct31 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE HALL COUNTY ZONING <br />MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT FROM AG-SC TO AG-SI WITH <br />RESPECT TO CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE EAST HALF (E Yz) OF <br />SECTIONS EIGHT (8), SEVENTEEN (17), AND TWENTY (20), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN <br />(11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6th P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENTS A-D. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Southern Public Power, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," is the <br />authorized agent for tracts of land located in the east half (E 'l2) of sections Eight (8), Seventeen <br />(17), and Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th p.m., Hall <br />County, Nebraska more particularly described as set forth in attachments "A" through "D" <br />attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid tracts are located within the AG-SC Special <br />Agricultural/Conservation district as depicted in the official zoning map of the County of Hall, <br />Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested rezoning of said land to AG-SI Special <br />Agricultural/Industrial; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Comprehensive Plan as amended and the Comhusker Army <br />Ammunition Plant Reuse Plan designated said tracts to be utilized for agricultural and/or <br />industrial development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its May 7,2003 meeting the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of a zoning change of said property from by removing the same from the <br />AG-SC Special Agricultural/Conservation zone district and placing the same within the AG-SI <br />Special Agricultural/Industrial zone district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its May 20, 2003 meeting the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a <br />public hearing on the aforesaid zoning amendment. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County hereby <br />consents to and approves ofthe zone district change for the aforesaid tracts from AG-SC Special <br />Agricultural/ Conservation zone district to AG-SI Special Agricultural/Industrial zone district. <br />Said zone district change shall be entered upon the Official Zoning Map of Hall County which <br />entry shall be signed by the Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors and attested by the <br />County Clerk.
