<br />~ 03351 <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - 2a EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS NEGOTIATION STRATEGY <br />RELATIVE TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE - County Attorney <br />Jerry Janulewicz was present and stated that he and Bob Rye met with the city concerning the <br />contract. He requested an executive session for further discussion. Rye made a motion and <br />Jeffries seconded to go into executive session. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9:10 a.m. executive session <br /> <br />9:43 a.m. Humiston made a motion and Eriksen seconded to go out of executive session. <br />Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted <br />no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2b APPROVE CLAIM FOR $50,064.41 FOR KRANZ PROPERTY - County Attorney Jerry <br />Janulewicz stated that these funds will be required for the purchase price for the Kranz property. <br />Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the claim for $50,064.41 for the closing <br />on the purchase of the Kranz property. Arnold, Eriksen, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye <br />all voted yes and Hartman voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2c DISCUSS THE REQUEST OF KRANZ TO REMOVE FIXTURES FROM 233 AND 235 <br />SOUTH LOCUST - County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that he received a letter from the <br />realtor requesting to remove the fixtures listed in the letter from the Kranz property. They know <br />that the county want's to demolish the property and they would like to remove some items. <br />Janulewicz stated that he has some reservation on this request and does not know what the <br />value of the fixtures would be. Jerry told Mr. Huston that he would relay this information to the <br />county board and get back to him. They have owned this property for 60 years and these items <br />would only be of some value to the owners. Arnold questioned if this would need to be done <br />before the county takes possession and Janulewicz stated that it would because after that the <br />county owns the property. Discussion was held and the board expressed concern on the <br />removal of the cement pillars. Janulewicz stated that the pillars would be structural and there <br />was concern on the safety of the structure if these were removed. Jeffries made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to allow the previous owners to remove the fixtures. Arnold, Eriksen, <br />Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and Hartman voted no. Motion carried <br /> <br />2d APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR REZONING AT CMP - Janulewicz stated that he has a <br />corrected resolution for the rezoning at CMP. He corrected some wording and added the <br />information concerning the public hearing that was held two weeks ago. Eriksen made a motion <br />and Jeffries seconded to approve Resolution #03-0037 approve an amendment to the Hall <br />County Zoning Map change the zoning at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant. Arnold, <br />Eriksen, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and Hartman voted no. Motion <br />carried <br /> <br />4 <br />
