<br /> <br />F03Z,io <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS APRIL 22, 2003 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met April 22, 2003, by published call in the county <br />board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order Chairman Pamela Lancaster <br /> <br />INVOCATION -Invocation was given by Rev. Steven Warriner. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison <br /> <br />ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Jim Eriksen, Dick Hartman, Bob <br />Humiston, Bud Jeffries, Pamela Lancaster and Robert Rye. Also present were County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from the Grand Island <br />Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />Arnold made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the following by consent <br />agenda: <br /> <br />1. 1. Accept and place on file the minutes of the April 8th, meeting <br />2. 9. Approve chair to sign grant application for Juvenile Services <br />3. 10. Approve Managers License for Melvin Wichman for Highway Motels <br />4. 12. Approve sale of surplus property Resolution #03-0025 <br />5. 13. Approve Resolution #03-0026 Exchange of Collateral with Bank of Doniphan <br />6. 15. Approve final plats for Bockman Subdivision, Pfeifenhof Schuett Subdivision, <br />Powell Subdivision and Sullivan Subdivision <br />7. 23. Accept and place on file the office reports from County Register of Deeds, <br />County Clerk, Emergency Management, and Veterans Service <br />8. 24. Accept and place on file County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br />9. 25.
