<br />t <br /> <br />F03212 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03- Q..Q.rl <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDmONAL USE OF CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF <br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION <br />SIXTEEN, TOWNSIDP TEN NORm, RANGE TEN, WEST OF THE 6TH P. M. IN HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Platte River By-Products, Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "applicant," is the <br /> <br />owner of property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the East One-Half(E 1/2) of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6t" P.M.. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applicant has filed its renewal application to continue its use the above- <br />described property for operating an animal rendering plant; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is located in an AG-1 Agricultural Zone in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the requested use may be permitted as a conditional use pursuant to the Hall County Zoning <br />Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, applicant has further requested to use the above-described property for the <br />placement of a mobile home to be used by applicant as an office for applicant's animal rendering <br />plant; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing at its regular <br />meeting on March 25, 2003, on permittee's renewal application following published notice of said <br />public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the requested conditional use <br />will not adversely effect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered under the Zoning <br />Resolution to grant said conditional use; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board finds that compliance with the specific rules governing individual <br />conditional uses will be satisfied by compliance with the conditions contained herein and set <br />forth below. <br />
