<br />RESOLUTION #03-fJOO6 <br /> <br />r03088 . <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING ALL PREVIOUS <br />RESOLUTIONS AND MOTIONS REGARDING <br />CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT REUSE COMMITTEE MEMBERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 1993, the Hall County Board of Supervisors adopted resolution <br />1512 which established a Reuse Committee, charged with the mission of developing a reuse plan for <br />the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant, hereinafter referred to as "CAAP;" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Reuse Committee completed its assigned mission by adopting a reuse plan <br />for CAAP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Reuse Committee has continued to function in an advisory capacity to the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors regarding land transfers and other issues regarding CAAP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that the Reuse Committee continue as an advisory committee to the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that all previous resolutions and motions be amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. The following persons shall comprise the membership of the CAAP Reuse Committee: <br /> <br />Hall County Supervisor Jim Eriksen - Chair <br />Hall County Supervisor Richard Hartman <br />Hall County Supervisor W.P.
