9. 13 Ratified approval for Point C to process Mcdicarc Part D Creditable Coverage <br /> determination for Hall County <br /> 10.14 Set the public hearing for public hearing on August 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for <br /> the discontinuation of service for Hall County Rural Transit if no bids are received <br /> 11. 15 County Treasurer- Received report on the unpaid 2023 and prior personal <br /> taxes and any 2022 accelerated real & personal property taxes may be stricken <br /> from the tax list <br /> 12.15 Approve the special designated liquor licenses for B & D Management for <br /> wedding receptions September 5, 19, 26, 2026 at Prairie Creek Barn <br /> 13. 18 Approved the early claims <br /> 14. 19 Placed on file the county office reports from Hall & Howard County Juvenile <br /> Diversion, Assessor Register of Deeds, County Clerk, Weed Control minutes and <br /> Stuhr Museum minutes <br /> 15.20 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 16.21 Communications none on file <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Sorensen seconded to approve the biweekly pay claims <br /> excluding the claim for Don Shuda for the veterans' costs. <br /> Richardson said this is ridiculous and if everyone would do this when they lost the vote <br /> we would be here until midnight it is inconsiderate that you take the board's time. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the biweekly pay claims was taken. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to pay the biweekly pay claim for <br /> Don Shuda for the additional veterans costs. <br /> Sorensen amended his motion to approve the claim for Don Shuda that was submitted <br /> by the Veteran's Service Committee for additional costs for Don Shuda. <br /> Lancaster noted that Don Shuda continues to oversee the funds for the local match of <br /> $750,000 when the state has attempted to use the fund for maintenance purposes. <br /> The vote on the motion to pay Don Shuda was taken. Hurst abstained. Lancaster, <br /> Peterson Richardson and Sorensen voted yes. Bredthauer and Quandt voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2 <br />
