Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the exemption applications <br /> as listed. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Richardson all voted <br /> yes, and no one voted no. Sorensen was not present. Motion carried. <br /> 5. DISUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN <br /> ASSESSOR'S REPORT TO THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF OVERVALUED, <br /> UNDERVALUED CLERICAL ERROR OR OMITTED REAL PROPERTY FOR 2026 <br /> ASSESSMENT YEAR AS PER NEBRASKA SECTION 77-1507 — Krist said once the <br /> board approves these she will send notices informing the property owners of the <br /> change. They are then allowed to file a protest with the Board of Equalization if they <br /> want. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize the chair to sign the <br /> overvalued, undervalued, clerical error or omitted property for assessment year 2026. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes, and no <br /> one voted no. Sorensen was not present. Motion carried. <br /> 6.DISCUSSION & POSSIBEL ACTION TO DENY EXEMPTION APPLICATION FROM <br /> BICKFORD COTTAGE LLC RECEIVED LATE NO LETTER OR DOCUMENTATION — <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to deny the exemption application form <br /> Bickford Cottage because it was late and they did not send a letter of explanation. <br /> These exemptionsa re due December 31st. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, <br /> Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes, and no one voted no. Sorensen was not <br /> present. Motion carried. <br /> 7.RECEIVE & PLACE ON FILE THE 2026 PLAN OF ASSESSMENT FOR HALL <br /> COUNTY ASSESSMENT YEARS 2027, 2028 & 2029 — Quandt made a motion and <br /> Lancaster seconded to place on file the 2027, 2028 and 2029 assessment plan. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes, and no <br /> one voted no. Sorensen was not present.
