3. The field staff will do the review of commercial permits. Any large <br /> commercial/industrial permits or unique properties will be contracted with <br /> Josh Garris. <br /> 2029 <br /> During calendar year 2029, the Assessor's Office plans to accomplish the following: <br /> • Residential: <br /> 1. We will continue to review valuations and assessment levels for problem <br /> areas and make any necessary adjustments. <br /> 2. There will be a new EagleView flight in February 2029. We will use Change <br /> Finder to locate and list any properties that have changed. <br /> 3. We would also like to measure and have pictures of all exempt properties <br /> so there is a detailed record of them. <br /> • Agricultural Land: <br /> 1. Review ag parcels for land use and soil changes. <br /> 2. We will also work with the GIS department to double-check acres and use in <br /> Jackson, Wood River, Alda, and Doniphan townships. Beyond that, we will <br /> keep our land use current according to the information the NRCS office <br /> provides. <br /> • Commercial: <br /> 1. We will continue to follow the market by studying sales.
