Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution #26-016 <br /> To dispose of the 2013 Ford Explorer and the 2016 Ford Taurus. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Richardson was not present. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION#26- b I (0 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, the County purchase act provides that County Board may sell surplus <br /> county personal property, which is obsolete or not useable by the county having a value of less <br /> than two thousand five hundred dollar; and surplus county mobile equipment that is obsolete or <br /> not usable that has a value of less than five thousand dollars; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property set forth in the attachment is personal property or mobile <br /> equipment of the county that is obsolete or not usable by the county; and <br /> WHEREAS, each item set forth in the attachment is personal property that has a value <br /> of less than two thousand five hundred dollars; and <br /> WHEREAS, each item in attachment of surplus mobile equipment that is obsolete or not <br /> usable by the county and has a value of less than five thousand dollars, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners desires to authorize the sale of the <br /> property as set forth in attachment A. <br /> The money generated by any such sales, less auctioneer's sales commissions, if any, shall be <br /> payable to the county treasurer. <br /> ADOPTED THIS I (0 DAY OF —3—C4_ Y1 0 <br /> Resolution moved by Commissioner C 6 +4 Or €ir\ 'h <br /> Seconded by Commissioner Y'Y't u <br /> 10 <br />
