13.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE AUDIT COMMITTEE <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO TRANSFER 2026 2027 BUILDING & LAND IMPROVEMENT <br /> FUNDS there were no building & Land requests received. <br /> 16.CLOSED SESSION REGARDING CWA UNION NEGOTITIONS <br /> 18.CLOSED SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into closed session for CWA <br /> Negotiations and personnel. Peterson stated there are two reasons for a closed <br /> session to protect the public interest or to prevent needless harm or injury to an <br /> individual. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes <br /> and no one voted no. Richardson was not present. Motion carried. <br /> 18.CLOSED SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL <br /> Held closed session from 10:12. a.m. to 10:30 a.m. <br /> 16.CLOSED SESSION REGARDING CWA UNION NEGOTITIONS <br /> Held closed session from 10:30 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go out of closed session. <br /> Peterson said there were no other subjects discussed, no votes were taken and no <br /> action was taken. Peterso called for any action from closed session. <br /> 19. DISCUSSION & POSSIBEL ACTION REGARDING PERSONNEL <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to add Step 11 to the pay scale for <br /> all non-union employees. That step will be an additional $.50 an hour. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Richardson was not present. Lancaster noted they <br /> board will work on the details and Peterson sad the will need to establish the <br /> parameters and find a company to do the study. <br /> 17. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING UNION NEGOTIATIONS there <br /> is no action to be taken. <br /> 11.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO DECLARE COUNTY ASSESSOR'S <br /> VEHICLES AS SURPLUS 2013 AND SELL OR DISPOSE OF AND APPROVE <br /> RESOLUTION 26-016 <br /> A) 2013 Ford Explorer <br /> B) 2016 Ford Taurus <br /> Additional information was received on the condition of the 2017 Ford Taurus and it will <br /> be retained. The 2013 Ford Employer and the 2016 Ford Taurus will be sold at public <br /> auctions. <br /> 9 <br />
